Q. How
do I “Park & Jet”?
A. When you arrive at Park & Jet, please take a ticket form the ticket dispenser. Follow the signs to your parking row. One of our courtesy shuttle buses will then pick
you up at your vehicle and drop you off at the appropriate departure
door. When returning, go to bus stall 2 (marked Park & Jet)
outside the Arrivals level and our bus will take you back to your
car (shuttles run approximately every 10 minutes).
Q. How
much does it cost to park?
A. It costs $4.25 (+GST) per hour, to a maximum of $11.95 (+GST) for a 24 hour period from the time that you check-in. We have a weekly rate of $59.75 (+GST), which automatically gives you one free day of parking.
Q. What
types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Cash, Travellers Cheques, Debit/Interac,
all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). We do not accept personal cheques.
Q. Are
you open 24 hours?
A. Yes.
Q. When
should I arrive at your parking lot?
A. We ask that you allow an additional 15 minutes
before you want to arrive at the airport.

Q. Where
are you located?
A. Park & Jet is located on the corner of Airport
Trail and Barlow Trail N.E.
If you are traveling
to the airport north on Barlow Trail, follow Barlow Trail past the
Husky gas station and Park' N Fly for approximately ¼
mile and you will find Park & Jet on the left where Airport
Trail intersects with Barlow Trail.
If you are driving
north on Deerfoot Trail (Highway 2), follow the exit ramp to Airport
Trail and follow it east to Park & Jet.

Q. Do
you have Aeroplan?
A. Yes, you receive 150 miles for 1 to 3 days,
250 miles for 4 to 7 days, and 500 miles for a stay of 8 days or
more. (Please note that discounts cannot be combined with Aeroplan ®
reward miles.)
Q. How
can I get a discount?
A. 1.) You can print our webcoupon
2.)present a valid AMA membership card 3.) Ask your travel agency
for a discount coupon. (Please note that discounts cannot be combined
with Aeroplan ® miles).
Q. What
kind of security do you have?
A. While we do not have security personnel, Office
and driving staff are on duty 24 hours a day and our bus drivers
conduct regular patrols of our fenced lot.
Park & Jet
is not responsible for and expressly disclaims liability for any
loss or damage to vehicles, or contents, however caused. Owners
are advised to lock valuables in their trunks and to ensure that
all windows and doors are securely locked.
Q. Do
you have plug-ins?
A. We have a limited number of plug-ins. You can
ask for one when you check-in but we do not take reservations. There
is no extra charge for a plug-in. You must have your own extension
cord & you must plug it in when you park. We cannot plug it
in for you while you are away.
Q. I
am at the airport. Where do I go to catch the bus back to Park &
Jet?
A. On arrivals level, at Area B, go outside to
Stall #2 which is across the street from Tim Horton’s.
Q. Do
you have a boosting service?
A. We do have a complimentary boosting service
(subject to availability). We will provide one attempt at boosting
your car. If that is unsuccessful, you need to make alternative arrangements at your own risk and expenses.
